This policy applies to personal information handled through kvetosunspire.au, our enquiry and quotation processes, communications, solar and battery services, customer support, and related business activities.

Depending on your dealings with us, we may collect:

- energy and system information, including electricity bills, consumption information, meter or phase details, existing solar equipment, inverter information and fault messages;
- enquiry, quote, contract, installation, cleaning, maintenance, warranty and complaint records;
- payment and transaction information required to administer an agreed service, noting that payment providers may process card or banking details on our behalf;
- communications with us, including telephone, email, website-form and social-media correspondence;
- marketing preferences and consent records;
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, website activity and cookie identifiers; and
- information about suppliers, contractors, business representatives and job applicants where relevant.
We do not generally seek sensitive information. If sensitive information is reasonably necessary for our functions, we will collect it only with consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information. We require service providers to use information only for authorised purposes and to protect it appropriately, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.
6. Overseas storage and disclosure
Some technology, cloud, communications, analytics or support providers may store or process information outside Australia. The countries involved may vary depending on the provider and service used.

We will action electronic-marketing unsubscribe requests within the period required by law. Service, safety, transaction and account messages are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary.
